Brad Salvage - President & CEO - Brad Salvage, a Birmingham native, has been part of the Birmingham residential and commercial real estate community for over 40 years. A licensed broker since 1973, Mr. Salvage was named Affiliate of the Year by the Birmingham Association of Realtors in 1999. He holds both CRB (Certified Residential Broker) and CRS (Certified Residential Specialist) accreditation and was a former Education Trustee for the Alabama Association Of Realtors.
Mr. Salvage had held the position of President of TitleSouth and was President and CEO of Jefferson Title for 1993 to 2004.
Before rejoining Jefferson Title he was Captain of his boat “Salvage Crew” and made a 366 day trip around ”America’s Great Loop” with his wife Patti.

E. Leon Sanders -
Chairman of the Board of Jefferson Title Corporation,
has over 50 years of title industry experience.
He founded Jefferson Title in 1967 and served
as its first and long time president. Mr. Sanders
received his J.D. degree from the Birmingham School
of Law and is a past professor of real property
law at the Birmingham School of Law. He is a member
of the Alabama State Bar and of Dixie Land Title
Association, Inc.
The key figure in
the development of the Alabama attorney agent
network for Mississippi Valley Title Insurance
Company, Mr. Sanders continues to serve as Vice
President of Mississippi Valley Title. |

Rance M. Sanders - Mr. Sanders, an Attorney,
is President and CEO of The
Sanders Trust, a real estate investment company
dedicated to the acquisition and development of
healthcare properties nationwide. Prior to forming
The Sanders Trust, Mr. Sanders was President of
Starr Sanders Properties, which he co-founded
with Hall of Fame Green Bay Packers Quarterback,
Bart Starr.
From 1987 to 1989 Mr. Sanders served as President
of Jefferson Title and was appointed to the Board
of Directors in 1987. He is a former Board Member
of Business Council of Alabama. In addition to
his Doctorate of Jurisprudence, Mr. Sanders graduated
magna cum laude with a Bachelor of Science degree
in Finance and was a member of the International
Honor Society of Beta Gamma Sigma
