Angela Cantu - Director of Customer Service
Angela Cantu joined Jefferson Title in 1998. She began her career in the Title Plant as a file clerk, moved to data entry, then to research. While working at Jefferson Title Corporation, she attended the University of Alabama at Birmingham, where she received her Bachelors Degree in Criminal Justice. Shortly after graduating, the position of Customer Service Manager became available, and Mrs. Cantu was promoted to Customer Service Manager in June of 2002. Her main responsibilities at Jefferson Title is to help resolve customer concerns and to make sure the customer receives the absolute best service. Angela is married and has two children. She enjoys watching college football and spending time with her family.

Cindy Blackwell - Account Executive
Cindy Blackwell joined Jefferson Title in 1999. She believes strongly in customer satisfaction and strives to represent Jefferson Title with the highest integrity. She studied Business Administration at the University of Alabama in Birmingham. Cindy has an extensive background in human resources and is a Certified Employee Benefit Specialist (CEBS). Cindy is very active in her community and is also involved in Commercial Real Estate Women. (CREW). In her spare time she enjoys the outdoors, working out and attending college football games.

Jack Caudle - Account Executive
Jack Caudle joined Jefferson Title in 1999 with over 20 years of management experience. He serves customers in St. Clair, Blount, Bibb and Walker Counties. At Jefferson Title, he has worked in Customer Service, the Title Plant and in the Policy Department. He served as Policy Department Manager until transferring to the Sales Department in 2004. Jack feels the experience he gained while working in other departments at Jefferson Title has equipped him to better serve his customers. In his spare time, he enjoys golf, photography, and his farm in Blount County.

Kristi Kourmoulis - Account Executive
Kristi Kourmoulis entered the title insurance industry in 1994 after 10 years of selling and closing real estate transactions. Kristi served as Secretary of the East Chapter of The Greater Birmingham Association of Homebuilders and served on its Board for seven years. Her objective is extraordinary customer service. She prides herself in making things easy for her customers. Kristi tries to make a positive difference in her community, being involved in several community charities. She attended UAB, has been married for 22 years and has three sons. Kristi’s hobbies are scuba diving and spending time with her three sons.

Gayle Mason - Account Executive
Gayle Mason entered the title insurance industry in 1996. She has worked as an Account Representative for 14 years, working and serving real estate agents, lenders, closing attorneys, home builders and all professionals throughout the real estate industry with title and closing processes. Gayle is an active affiliate member of the Birmingham Association of Realtors and currently serves on the board of Women’s Council of Realtors, Birmingham chapter. Gayle strives to provide ‘exceptional service’ by training and sharing her knowledge of title insurance and dedicating herself to those she works with by always placing an emphasis on team work. Gayle has been happily married for 38 years. She enjoys spending time with her three grandchildren. She also finds the time to watch a ‘little’ college football. Other interests include painting and sharing life with friends and family.
